Brad Podowski has helped businesses tell their stories through video since 2008. With over 15 years of experience as a producer, cinematographer, and editor, he brings a cinematic, story-first approach to marketing content. In addition to commercial work, Brad has written, produced, and co-directed two feature films, which are streaming internationally.

Adam Filipiak has worked in the industry for over 10 years. He brings a practical, organized approach to production, helping sets run smoothly and keeping projects on track from prep through post. He has edited for local news, music videos, sketch comedy, marketing,  fitness, and audio/video podcasts, developing a strong foundation in storytelling and collaboration. Adam believes the best work happens when teams stay focused, flexible, and a little bit relaxed.

Sean Carberry is a filmmaker based in downtown Chicago who runs his own production company. He has been working with Lamp and Light for two years, and has experience on a variety of projects such as corporate, narrative, music videos, sports, game shows, and more.
